Road Tripping With Friends

A short-notice invitation for a Jeep road trip proved to be a fun Sunday. We left with a short agenda - go to Clayton for brunch, ride the ferry to Cassville, drive the Wisconsin roads to Prairie Du Chien, and head home - in our Jeeps.

To say we had a good time would be an understatement. My omelet at Bill’s Boat Landing in Clayton was delicious with a more than ample serving size. The ferry ride was, as they always are, fun and too short. I could have gone up and down the river. The roads were scenic and we added a stop at the Country View Dairy outside of West Union for a treat.
