A Lucky Find But Challenging to Document
As I wandered a timber this morning looking for wildflowers a pale gray tree frog resting on a mayapple leaf caught my attention. I had to photograph the critter, but how? The leaf canopy created a mostly shaded setting. With the breeze moving the mayapple leaf back and forth, capturing a sharp image was challenging. To assure at least one (or more) sharp images, I opted to include a bit of flash lighting. The next images of a gray tree frog show the differences in lighting - from all natural to blends of natural and flash lighting.

I did shoot other pictures too while I was out.
