Thinking Like Ansel Adams?
During a hike this morning I noticed a composition opportunity that would require some post-shooting work to show what I imagined.
When shooting in color, the dark and moody sky burned out when I adjusted my exposure for the foreground. Not wanting an over-exposed sky, I then opted for a black and white image that shows viewer all elements in the composition. The picture captured the moody scene as I imagined it.
I wonder if I was thinking like Ansel Adams.
