Nobody Was Home Except for One
During my explorations this morning things were a bit quiet. My first stop was a fox den with no activity. I waited almost an hour while only me and a rooster pheasant were the only movement.

Then I checked one of my nest boxes after seeing a hooded merganser and wood duck eyeing it. I was hopeful one or the other had used it. From what I can tell the nest was considered, but was not used.

As a last resort I set up my equipment near where I saw eastern bluebirds yesterday. It took some time, but eventually I saw Mr. Bluebird.
