Easter Animals and Wildflowers

On this meaningful and beautiful Easter Sunday I was blessed to enjoy a number of fauna and flora interactions. Most numerous were tree swallows congregated around an area lake. The swallows were quite vocal toward each other. Enjoying the swallow camaraderie was a lone barn swallow.

Since I was near water I also watched bird species seen primarily on or near water.

During my outdoor time I found a nice selection of bloodroot in bloom. I even had a fly visit during my photo-shooting time.

I hope your Easter was as special as mine.
