Familiar Faces, Some with First Names, All With No Last Names
Once again today a close acquaintance I made a trip to the healing spot to the north. As we have always done, we counted wildlife observations during our travels. And, when conditions allowed, we photographed what we felt was worthy of imaging. With today’s weather conditions we turned around only a couple of times, but still - we saw wildlife. (Sorry, gray skies do not make for exceptional images.)

At the healing spot to the north it was quite evident the number of friends we have made. Marianne, Katherine, Rebecca, Amber, and so many others that we see frequently - we are friends. Even with hours and miles between us, we have common interests and common concerns. Seeing each other has become much more than just care appointments. For your friendships we are so very thankful!

Outside of staff there are many more people who we have no idea of their names… the dulcimer player, the fellow who’s wife had the 4:00 appointment with 300-miles yet to drive, the “dancing” traffic control fellow, and the “Love Boat” elevator guy, there are so many with names we do not know. We appreciate your conversations and caring… more than you know.

I would never wish the root cause of our travels on anyone, but I have learned there is good to be had - friends, relationships, positive thoughts and prayers. There are so many good people around us. Thank you all!
