Incoming!
Over the past couple of days many more avian visitors have arrived at Sweet Marsh. Of special interest this morning were scaup (greater scaup according to my app). Initially they did not stick around as I approached. Minutes later they were doing fly-bys with some landing not too far away. imagine what I might see if I was in a ghillie suit. (My favorite from this morning includes the cattail background.)

Arriving in even greater numbers were the greater white-fronted geese.

Sandhill cranes are beginning to show up too. The haze or fog made for soft/blue lighting.

Not to be left out, trumpeter swans looked good too, but were further away.
